Alleged killer in court, gets trial date
December 6th, 2016 by Mike VasilindaThe woman charged in the murder for hire of an FSU law professor made her first court appearance today after being indicted on first degree murder charges last week. The court set a February 27th trial date for Katie MagBanua (Mag-Bon-A-Wah). She is accused of setting up the hit and being the go between the father of her children, who is accused of pulling the trigger, and the family of the professors ex wife. She has plead not guilty and the family has denied any involvement.
