The state now has two billion dollars for the project. Florida beat out nine other states competing for the cash. Governor Charlie Crist says the once the state begins spending the money it will provide some much needed jobs. <\/p>\n

?For every billion spent in transportation you create about 28-thousand jobs so that?s tremendous for Florida. I?m very pleased about that,? said Crist. <\/p>\n
