Crist suggested using more than 63 million dollars to make health insurance options available to low income families. He suggested spending more than a billion dollars in trust fund cash.<\/p>\n

?Florida?s reserves continue to remain strong,? Crist said. ?Even with utilizing some of these trust funds we maintain a balance of 4 Billion dollars after the recommendations.?<\/p>\n
