A report on the January wildfire that may have contributed to a 50 car pile
\nup on Interstate four, claims those in charge of a controlled burn did
\neverything required by law. The report said chance coincidences contributed
\nto a ten acre burn turning in a 500 acre wildfire. Contributing factors
\ninclude a sudden increase in wind and a drop in humidity. In releasing the
\nreport, Agriculture Commissioner Charles Bronson said he was concerned with
\nknowing if his department had dotted all the I?s and crossed the T?s. <\/p>\n

“I was more concerned about the legality of whether all those conditions
\nthat were supposed to be met were met or whether there were mistakes made,? said Bronson.<\/p>\n

Bronson added reports of victims smelling smoke may have been due to cars
