On one side, people say it will keep the guns out of the hands out of those with mental illness, while others say it violates constitutional rights.<\/p>\n

\u201dI\u2019m a strong supporter for the 2nd amendment so I\u2019ll be reviewing that bill like I do with other bills. But, I\u2019m a very strong supporter for the 2nd amendment,\u201d said Governor Rick Scott.<\/p>\n
