?In particular, a lot of our people are seasonal workers and other workers in other industries have laid off a lot of people,? farm worker Dirso Moreno said. ?The unemployment benefits are not always available to them because they don?t count the unemployment that last three months, most of the time. So they don?t qualify, they don?t have enough weeks to qualify for benefits.?<\/p>\n
