We also believe in debts being paid,\u201d said House Sponsor Rep. Paul Renner says it will help felons understand where they stand with regard to Amendment 4.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSomeone that finishes a 20-year sentence literally does not have anything on their iPhone or on a piece of paper that says my debt is paid to society.
