after noon on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>He faced tough questions about whether the dead law professor’s ex wife\u2019s family was involved in his murder.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Adelson\u2019s wanted it to happen the idea that the FBI overlooked the possibility that the third defendant, Luis Rivera who was facing the death penalty, was the sole perpetrator.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe became your witness, right?\u201d Asked DeCoste.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRight,\u201d replied Sanford.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn exchange for that needle coming out of his arm, right?\u201d DeCoste shot back.<\/p>\n<p>The lawyers also probed whether the FBI came up with a conspiracy theory and sought to prove it rather than just follow the evidence, arguing Magbanua was arrested just a get to the Adelson Family.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCharles Adelson was just using Katherine just to find out more information about what was going on with the bump, because she\u2019s expendable.
